2. The amount paid for the Card will be refunded via the same method as it was purchased.
3. The Card may be used unlimited times until the total amount for which it is issued has been used.
4. In the case of a virtual Card purchase on www.jewelrybysa.com, "Jewelry&Accessories by SVETLANA AGNEESSENS Barcelona" will not be liable for non-receipt or delayed receipt of the Card to its recipient for reasons beyond the control of"DCS FREE FROM S.L. including, among others, (i) faults or collapse of telecommunications lines or systems, (ii) delayed transmission of information or data or loss of information or data that may occur for any of the circumstances mentioned in point (i), (iii) inaccurate data of the recipient of the virtual Card provided by the purchaser of the Card, (iv) inability to deliver the Card to the e-mail account provided or (v) when the e-mail sent byDCS FREE FROM S.L. is considered as spam or unwanted mail.
5. Cards obtained unlawfully will be null and void; they may not be used to purchase goods and their value will not be refunded.
